The HFIS group achieved two big wins at the Insurance Choice Awards 2023, with Total Landlord securing ‘Best Landlord Insurance Provider’ and Hamilton Fraser winning ‘Best Specialist Insurance Provider’.
The Insurance Choice Awards, launched by Smart Money People in 2016, aims to recognise the best insurance providers in the UK through customer voting and sharing of experiences. With over 12 weeks of voting, more than 50,000 customer votes were received across all categories. These awards acknowledge the insurance industry's commitment to customer satisfaction, allowing organisations to compare themselves to competitors and gain insights into how customers perceive them.
Established in 1996, Hamilton Fraser is the industry's leading provider of cosmetic insurance services and were the first to offer medical malpractice insurance specific to the cosmetic sector. The accolade is recognition of Hamilton Fraser’s hard work and dedication to providing the best service and cover to aesthetic practitioners.
